This Futurismo gas station was designed by Giovanni Tagliero. It was built in 1938 in Asmara, which is the capital of the Italian province Eritrea in Africa. Mussolini “unified” these provinces in the mid-1930s including conquest of Abyssinia and Ethiopia. The Fiat poster was created by Plino Codognato in 1923.
